Litho, Digital & Large Format Printing

Litho printing can be used for the majority of print jobs including Brochures, Annual Reports, Booklets, Folded Leaflets, Flyers, Business Cards, Posters, Cards and much more. With press running speeds of 15,000 sheets per hour, this enables us to keep up with the demand of the larger print runs whilst remaining competitive when it comes to the overall cost of your print job.

Digital printing is designed for shorter print runs and faster turnarounds. We can print variable data for uniquely coded products and we print on a wide range of materials including Fedrigoni and GF Smith stocks. It is possible to combine both litho and digital printing in a single job.

Large-format printing provides some of the most creative print displays. Whether your campaign needs printing direct to paper, PVC vinyl, self-adhesive vinyl, window cling, canvas material, rigid PVC board, foam board, aluminium board or back-lit material, Core Image provide the best solution for both indoor and outdoor use.

Anilox Coating - The Highest Standards

Our anilox coating method allows us to produce top quality litho print with additional coatings to embellish and protect your product. These include soft-touch, dead matt (similar to a matt lamination but environmental friendly), super-high gloss, anti-microbial and a host of others.
Aqueous coating is the most environmentally friendly method of coating printed sheets which remain recyclable, biodegradable and repulpable unlike other coating methods.

Heidelberg workflow & colour management

It's all about colour consistency. Colour management is achieved via our Heidelberg Prinect Workflow which drives our litho and digital print machines. This is recognised as the industry leader and we often combine both processes to great effect.

Carbon Capture

Core Image is offering customers and their clients the opportunity to capture the CO2 emissions from their paper purchases by planting native woodland, right here in the UK, through the Woodland Trust and the Woodland Carbon scheme.

● When you place your print order you may elect to capture the carbon from the manufacture and distribution of the paper.
●The amount of CO2 generated in the production and delivery of your printis calculated.
●The Woodland Carbon logo may be used in conjunction with the print job to demonstrate your commitment to using reduced CO2 paper.
●All Carbon Capture charges will be paid to the Woodland Trust who will plant woodland at one of their accredited woodland creation sites in the UK.
